on 11/7/15 6:57 am
Good morning. I actually have time this morning. I am waiting to get my husband from the dock since he sailed it there to sell it this morning. So I am pretty much in a holding pattern. I know if I start something he is going to call and say come get me.

I usually make meatloaf using a mix of turkey and beef because the turkey makes it softer. The other day I bought Stouffer's meatloaf. It came as 6 mini loaves in gravy. One loaf was 190 cal, 17 protein and maybe about 10 carbs. I thought that was pretty good, and the serving size was ideal. I would definitely buy it again.
M1- scrambled eggs w/cheese and Virginia ham w/ polaner all-fruit
M2- Wendy's grilled Chicken Sandwhich (bottom bun removed) and 1/4 of a small frosty
M3- 5 mini crab cakes; pumpkin flax granola
M4- 3/4 of a turkey burger w/ cheese

Today was my most "off" day in 4 months, so I might as well post it to stay accountable...high fat, high carbs, and Halloween candy, plus not enough protein. Ugh. Back on the wagon tomorrow!
B: coffee with skim and equal & pretzel sticks (see? already off to a bad start!)
L: insides of an Italian sub
S: babybell cheese and almonds
D: Buffalo chicken dip with Mary's Gone Crackers
S: 2 (yes 2!) fun-packs of M&Ms
Exercise:
2 mile walk
I'm out of town with hubby, so I've had restaraunt food for both lunch and dinner. Not my typical day, food wise, but I've managed to avoid anything really awful.
B: Caffe Au Lait using Fairlife fat free milk x2. Not a great breakfast, I know...I just was not hungry at all.
L: Bojangles ( I knowwww, I knowwww ) roasted chicken bites, no sides...and I even resisted hubby's buttermilk biscuit.
S: More coffee...lol. Starbucks Flat White made with whole milk and with 3 packs of Splenda.
D: 1/2 of a petite sirloin and some mushrooms at Ruby Tuesday.
Lots and water, and iced tea with Splenda. ( and all that coffee..)
Vitamins done for the day.
LOTS of walking since I went to TWO outlet malls. Struck out with the shopping though. Not one purse jumped into my arms and demanded a forever home with me. My debit card is thrilled!
Hubby is instructing drivers tomorrow at Atlanta Motorsports Park and getting to drive on the track for free too. I needed a weekend away from teen-agers, so I tagged along. No driving for this girl. I'm way too much of a weenie.

That's good you didn't get sucked in by a purse. I bet you already have three in your closet that you haven't even used yet. I know I have one screaming my name. But I have to lose five pounds before I am allowed to have it.
I would so be on that racetrack. I bet it will be cool to see your husband on it. I bet he will be like a little kid.
Haha...yes, there are one or two purses waiting in the wings.
I love the idea of waiting to use them as a reward. They aren't my "reward" purses, just really cute ones I couldn't resist, so that is a good incentive to drop the rest of that regain.
Hubby always enjoys getting on the track...he is like a kid on Christmas morning. It's like the worse the conditions are, or the more challenging a race is, the happier he gets. He was damn near giddy when he was flipped over ( and over and over ) at a race back in August.

830 kcal, 76 g of protein
