I haven't been able to post for the last few days, it's been so busy.  This weekend won't be any better, I'm helping to host a baby shower on Sunday, and I'm cooking for it saturday night.  I also have to grocery shop, and I promised my mom I would bring the baby to visit.

I think I'm really starting to make some progress with my therapist.  She's making me realize that I'm not really as ****** up as I think I am.  I address things with her that I think make me messed up, and she tells me I'm not messed up that bad.  it's making me question who i really am.  I've always considered myself a huge train wreck, and maybe, just maybe I'm not as messed I thought.

Anyway, I found out yesterday that when i'm not working and not on a schedule, I don't eat very well.  Meaning, i don't eat.  I had to push myself to get stuff in because I wasn't at work and had appointments all day long.  I got lots done, and I'm feeling pretty good overall.  Still not drinking enough, but i'm working on getting better.

I went to Trader Joe's for the first time in my entire life yesterday.  I thank you ladies for talking about them so much. I bought a bunch of different types of chicken sausage.   i just ate lunch and had the Spinach, Fontina and roasted Garlic chicken sausage and I loved it.  So here is my plan for today:

B: Triple Zero Strawberry yogurt

L: spinach, Fontina and roasted Garlic chicken sausage, with a spinach salad with pickled veggies and light salad dressing

D: Ham steak with zucchini on the side

S: shrimp with ****tail sauce and a diet hot cocoa

A Trader Joe's newbie!  Isn't it the best place ever?  What did we do before TJ's?  The price of their cheese is reason enough to shop there.

I really do love it.  I normally do my shopping at Meijers, but that's just basic groceries.  If I want fancy stuff is go to Holiday Market which is a local specialty store,  of whole foods.

I'm going to make trader joes a regular stop now.

Hi all.  Tried to post to this thread yesterday, but site issues caused me to lose my post twice.  I was not a happy girl.  I still can't post any pictures in messages since the upgrade.  It is very frustrating!

It should be a busy weekend.  I have many household chores to do, plus I will be having a girls' afternoon out tomorrow.  Lunch, shopping and then happy hour.  On Sunday, it is my friends' annual crab fest.  The boys are crabbing this weekend at the coast.  On Sunday they have a party when we make lots of crab dishes, and then all crack crab together.  Then everyone takes home a container of crab meat.  Yum!!

My menu is a bit up in the air today.  I am with my Dad tonight, and I haven't decided what to make him for dinner.  Maybe I will stop by Whole Foods after work and pick up some fish or shrimp.  We'll see what looks good.  The added benefit to stopping is that there is a Sak's Fifth Avenue outlet across the street from Whole Foods.  Yay!

In the meantime...

Time Since Surgery: 11 months

B:  Zenner Chicken Sausage

S:  Dannon Light and Fit Greek - Caramel Apple Pie.  I finally found this flavor.  Yum!

L:  BBQ Chicken Salad.  Working lunch meeting.

S:  1/2 honey crisp apple and tofu pate

D:  TBD, depending on what looks yummy at Whole Foods.

Have a great weekend everyone!

My tickers are all messed up.  The existing ones are still not updating with my correct weight numbers, and a new one was added (?) that does not have my correct starting weight, so it looks like I've lost less weight then I have.  Ugh.
