Hooray for Friday, it's been a very long week!
I do have some housework to attend to this weekend, but tomorrow night we are going to out to dinner and to "Comics Come Home" at the "Gahden" (Boston Garden for those of you who don't speak Boston). Great comic lineup for the night. I'm looking forward to a night out.
Time since surgery: 6+ month
B: 1 egg w/ slice of american cheese
L: ham & havarti cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bread
D: I think I saw a steak in the fridge this morning, but not sure, was still in the shopping bag. I figure if I don't acknowledge it, hubbywill have it cooked before I get home instead of waiting for me to cook.
S: Babybel & Mary's gone crackers, maybe a Yasso bar
It has been a medical kinda week for me. Went to see my Primary yesterday, and brought the Vitalady list of bloodwork. She was happy to accomadate. Didn't order them all, but said if we don't get to the bottom of my symptoms she will order the rest. I will probably go in AM tomorrow for test. That being said, today at noon I am going for a CAT scan for a possible incisional hernia... Had to drink the contrast...yuk. Let you know how that goes.
Saturday: Bloodwork, support group, lunch Birthday Party, and nightime engagement party for my niece. Bought an awesome dress I love at Kohl's and it has sleeves. How hard is it to find a dress with sleeves? Hello, people winter is coming...we like sleeves not sleeveless. Sunday Church...

Good Morning, totally quick post this morning (I'll pop back on later). Working from home this morning since I have to take my hubby in for a procedure/test in a bit. Hopefully I will have computer access at the facility later.

B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach and cheese, fruit (apple slices and dried figs)
L: Boiled egg, baby carrots, string cheese and an orange
S: Quest pumpkin pie bar and a SF latte
D: Edamame and Mung bean fettuccine topped with grilled chicken breast and Alfredo sauce, a few baby carrots, and L&F yogurt
E: 45 mins stationary stepper
V/W: On track
