No Loss in the month of October (9 months out)
Hi there,
I will be at 9 months on November 11th. I have not had any loss this month. I lost 100 pounds in 8 months. 230 pounds to 130 pounds. I will do my measurements on the 11th so maybe will show in the measuring tape. I know that i have not changed my food totals or exercise.
Regular day of food
3 oz ahi poke breakfast
lunch: 3 ozs chicken, 1/4 cup of grilled vegs, if room maybe baked califlower
dinner: 3 ozs meat, grilled vegs
snacks: nuts
around 900 - 1200 cals per day
exercise 4/5 miles running
1 hour training with a training
last but not least no period this month
so weird month, kind of has me worried, but i do know i am working my tool.
I guess just looking for someone to reassure me that i am still on track. I was at 1000 though the nutritionist wants me to go up to 1500 due to level of exercise but even hitting 1200 per day if very hard.
thanks for reading...

At 230 pounds you needed 2300 calories a day to maintain and eating 900 gave you excess of 1400 that day.
You need to cut 500 calories a day to lose a pound a week and you cut enough to lose between two and three pounds a weeik.
Now you weigh 130 and need about 1300 to maintain.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
I've never understood the logic of programs that recommend adding calories as people get smaller. For most people, adding calories is only appropriate as a transition into maintenance until balance point is identified. 800 (or less) calories a day is usually required to keep consistent weekly losses for someone who is 130 pounds.

Thank you for putting a number out there. I can work the 800 calories just by reducing the nuts I eat.
We we shall see how the month of nov goes

good morning
questions I can answer for you. blood chemistry was very good, no issues at all with iron
surgeon goal weight was 150 (which is too high since I am only 5'3 on a good day )
my goal 125
weight at now 130 and been holding there for 1 month.
so 5 pounds off. though if I went to 120 would help if there is a rebound when I start maintenance if I have not already started maintenance.
vitamin intake is good
2 mutli a day
3 calciums a day
vitamin a
vitamin b 12
and d once per week
I am not sure if I am going to lose any more weight. Just am not convinced the journey is over yet. I have decided to cut out nuts and fruits for the month of November just to be sure that I am done. I also will cut my calories from 900-1000 back down to 700 hundred. If November holds steady then I will have to consider that my body has reached it goal and start planning for the next goal to stay at 130
my ticker is off had no luck even moving it to 130 so looks like it has it a little higher.
thank you for replying back
thank y
