The price of boiled eggs.
I no longer slave over cutting veggies. A lightbulb went off inside my head...I remembered a food processor that I received for Christmas 28 years ago, used once and then put in storage in the basement. Need I say, I no longer slave over veggies. Instead, Mr. Sunbeam cuts, slices, dices and anything else I want done to my veggies and anything else I need for food prep!

If it helped any to know, the 12 chicks we purchased this past spring have starting laying eggs this fall. Between the supplies, warming lights, feed, electricity, and more...I calculate our eggs more expensive than your package of boiled and peeled ones. Oh yeah, one of the chicks ended up being a rooster. Now, we have friends and neighbors stopping over to watch the sideshow in our yard that should be called, "When a Rooster Attacks"...my food victory would be making him our Thanksgiving meal.
The only way I like eggs is if they are baked into cookies, or a cake.
Buying eggs boiled and peeled might cost a little more. But it was still less than what we used to spend at the drive-thru before surgery.

If things make life easier for us I say do it. Sometimes boiling the eggs do not come out easily to peel. I sometimes get mad at myself for going to get a 32 oz coffee sometimes but I do it for me. So I know I am getting my liquids in.
Glad you like the eggs.
