What's on your Tuesday menu RNYers?
Hey, everyone! I am one of those people... I like the Walking Dead... but don't start in the middle... you have to start at the beginning. My son also got me hooked on The Leftovers... an HBO series. It's okay but kind of a downer. Otherwise, for TV, I watch old episodes of Gunsmoke (I don't know why), Law and Order and anything on the Food Network... for some reason, it is my addiction since surgery... I am sure there is some diagnosable reason for this, but oh, well! I also like Project Runway (my husband does NOT!). I watch very little network TV anymore... the commercials drive me nuts!!!
My menu today:
B: Chocolate Premier Protein shake and tea with Truvia
L: P3 pack
D: Stuffed flounder filet (yes, my new food addiction)
Ss: Pumpkin Bread (no sugar, but forgot the protein in this batch), 1 oz of beef jerky
Totals: Calories - 807. Protein - 80, Carbs - 65 (I have got to find a new Pumpkin Bread recipe... lol), Sugars - 23, Fats - 26

I'm alive! They've had me training another new hire today, which really cuts into my interwebs time. LOL She's at lunch right now, so here I am!
I don'****ch a lot of first run TV, but I have to watch The Walking Dead. And my husband and I never miss Gold Rush on Friday nights. We're sad. LOL
B: coffee, L&F Greek caramel apple pie, a Fiber One cinnamon coffee cake and a fun size bag of peanut butter M&Ms. Don't judge me. LOL And do you have any idea how many calories are in that puny little bag?!
S: turkey pepperoni and a LC wedge
L: Buffalo chicken salad on 34 degree rosemary crackers and a cheese stick

Last night I had Halloween candy....SOB. First time I have had "sugar", well besides sugar from dairy and fruit etc. WHY ....just because. Shark week just started, and its the ONLY time I ever want sweets, and I just let myself do it. ugh
Hi all. Just got back from a business trip to the Bay Area, so I am busy trying to catch up at work. Just dumped the last of the Halloween candy on my co-workers. I just wanted it out of the house, even though it is not that much of a temptation. I've never been a sweets girl and I don't like milk chocolate. On the other hand, get between me and a pizza and someone is going to get hurt.
My menu is up in the air. I didn't have any food in the house to bring for lunch, so I am going to have to see what they have in the deli downstairs. Probably a small salad with chicken. I have a charity function tonight, so dinner is an unknown too. Yeesh!
My big, happy news is that I finally hit a normal BMI. Let me say that again. A. Normal. BMI! I haven't seen that in 25 years! So freakin' happy. Six pounds to goal, and then we'll see after that.
My favorite t.v. shows these days are Walking Dead, Homeland and Game of Thrones when in airs in the spring. I am also liking American Horror Story this season, even though it is super freaky and twisted. I also like Sleepy Hollow. Not that it's a great show, but the guy that plays the lead character is super hot.
Time Since Surgery: 11 months
B: Egg Beater omelette with FF mozzarella and bacon
S: Hummas and 34 Degree Crackers
L: TBD, but probably a small salad with chicken
S: Laughing Cow Wedge with 1/2 honey crisp apple
D: TBD
Hope every one has a fantastic day!
