Good morning! Well, my semi-clean eating and return to exercise landed me a 0.2 lb. weight loss this morning... I guess its a start. I decided to do a quick workout at home last night instead of driving to the pool (traffic was horrible). I decided to do the Jillian Michael's 6 week to 6 pack DVD. OMG am I sore this morning!! I totally thought I had a stronger core, I was so wrong! Anyway, I think I'll just do an easy bike ride on my trainer tonight.

B: Coffee with cream and Jimmy Dean Chicken Biscuit

L: 3 oz leftover taco meat, 1/2 oz shredded cheese and 1/2 a low carb tortilla

D: Spicy Black Bean Burger with kraft single on a bagel thin

E: 1 hr bike ride

The Halloween candy needs to LEAVE MY HOUSE!! I wanted to throw it out this morning, but I know the boys enjoy their 1 piece each a night. ugh I am not even a big candy person, but man I've got some crazy hormones going on right now......excuses excuses....
