What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Morning folks!
Time since surgery: 6 months
M1: 1 srvg of Cream of Wheat (I could have added protein, but I wanted "genuine" unadulterated cream of wheat)
M2: Cheese stick wrapped with Sriracha Chicken breast and Ham
M3: 4oz Tureky breast over salad/fruit cup
M4: spaghetti w/ spaghetti squash noodle (didn't have the time to make it last night, so going for it tonight)
Question: Do you weigh/measure food? I generally don't, but the past two days I've been measuring what I pack to see if my guesstimates have been accurate. Proud to say that my turkey breast portions have been accurate. And I'm actually eating less ounces of lunch of meat than I thought. I'd rather that be the case-- tracking more then I'm eating in reality. Its kind of like always have a watch set 5 minutes fast...your always ahead of the game and have a little "cushion"!
