Halloween was brutal. Hubby bought candy as usual, and I was like are you freaking kidding me! I had two pieces, and he is hiding the rest from me.

S: 4 oz Greek Yogurt with Torani sugar-free vanilla syrup and 7 g unsweetened Coconut
L: Ham and cheese pickle rollups
D: 1/2 fried Chicken Breast from grocery deli (hubby was supposed to get rotisserie chicken)
S: Slice Vermont Cheddar, 14 g Cashews, and 1/4 Honeycrisp Apple

OK, this baked oatmeal is freaking delicious. I forgot how much I like oatmeal! LOL That being said, I think I was being overly optimistic in thinking I could finish this ginormous piece I cut for myself. I'll have it for breakfast tomorrow, too, I guess!
Good Morning, it finally feels like Fall! Needing to switch out the afternoon latte from iced to warm-I am happy!! Nothing exciting on my to-do list today so hopefully the day goes quick.

D: Edamame and Mung bean fettuccine topped with chicken breast and Alfredo sauce

They have sugar free peppermint now!!!! I have been enjoying an iced decaf americano with a shot of sf peppermint and a chocolate protein shake mixed in..... Yum!!!
