OMG, Nutella on Cream of Wheat, YUM! I may have to try this. Or maybe I shouldn't.

I don't weight/measure. Its not a sustainable plan for me. I know myself.

Me either. My doctor advised me to eat when I'm hungry and stop when I am satisfied. It is working very well for me. I have previously lost (and regained, plus more) weight on Weigh****chers where I was obsessive about weighing and measuring. Definitely not sustainable. Although I have weighed a few things of protein just to get a feel for it over the past few months.

I weigh everything. I like having that measure of control and knowing that my logging is accurate.

Yeah, I weigh and measure at least the first few times I eat something new, then I might eyeball it after that...

I weigh everything and have for a long time. I started back when I still thought I would never have wls. I measured before that, but it became a game where I would try to heap more into the measuring cup each time. If it didn't fall out, it was ok. That is why I weigh because I know that I will convince myself I am eating less than I actually am otherwise. I'm not sure I know how to eat without weighing my food first anymore.

I LOVE my little digital kitchen scale I bought! I measure everything. Sometimes I have to guess, like when I am at my parent's house. But not often.

I have to weigh all my portions. I tend to be okay for a couple of days if I eyeball it but portions tend to get bigger and bigger!

Weighing my food gives me a sense of control.

Highest weight - 440 lbs, Surgery weight - 395 lbs, Current weight - 291 lbs.

I weigh everything, as a matter of fact, I bought a portable scale that I carry in my purse for when I eat out. It was only $11 on Amazon.
