I cant even WALK past the cheddar cheese cracker combos without getting shaky!! They are the DEVIL....a wicked tasty, crunchy devil!! ugh

But only the cracker ones. The pretzels just don't have as much flavor.

I love Combos, too... the pretzel and cheddar ones. I have been good, Combo wise, lately. Every now and again, though, I have to have some!

Highest weight - 440 lbs, Surgery weight - 395 lbs, Current weight - 291 lbs.

I don't know what a Combo is, thank God. Sounds like something that would would be deadly for me. I now know to stay far, far away!

Morning folks!

Time since surgery: 6 months

M1: 1 srvg of Cream of Wheat (I could have added protein, but I wanted "genuine" unadulterated cream of wheat)

M2: Cheese stick wrapped with Sriracha Chicken breast and Ham

M3: 4oz Tureky breast over salad/fruit cup

M4: spaghetti w/ spaghetti squash noodle (didn't have the time to make it last night, so going for it tonight)

Question: Do you weigh/measure food? I generally don't, but the past two days I've been measuring what I pack to see if my guesstimates have been accurate. Proud to say that my turkey breast portions have been accurate. And I'm actually eating less ounces of lunch of meat than I thought. I'd rather that be the case-- tracking more then I'm eating in reality. Its kind of like always have a watch set 5 minutes fast...your always ahead of the game and have a little "cushion"!

I love Cream of Wheat!! I add a teaspoon of Nutella and a bit of splenda so I am definitely not a purist but you have definitely given me my evening snack idea for the day!

I did add splenda...and cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Those are my standard add in's... anything beyond that is un-pure in my head LOL.
