Hello all, I am late to posting today because I had to bring my sweet old sick kitty to the vet this morning. They just admitted her overnight :( Send your prayers--she is my favorite cuddle partner and I will be devastated if she is not okay.

But in happier news, I am loving reading all of these awesome NSVs today! And I am super proud of myself for not even being tempted by the masses of Halloween candy that were in front of me this weekend. I had NOTHING!

Found out on Friday that my 3 month lab results were excellent except for very low iron. So I am on a supplement, but she also encouraged some red meat into my diet for a bit. Hence the hamburger for breakfast :)

B: hamburger (plain)

S: coffee with milk

L: chicken salad sandwich (no bread)

S: apple slices & PB

D: sliced turkey and spinach

Exercise

Taking a day off--overdid it this weekend and feeling the burn today. Back on track tomorrow.

Happy Monday to my OH friends! I had a great week end but had some M & Ms myself Anny. The good news was I only gained 1 pound. Told DH to get them out of the house.

Well I'm kinda late in the day to be posting my menu for today but oh well. It has been a super crazy Monday here at work! I found out last week my surgery date (November 12) and since I have to travel quite a ways for the surgery my last day at work will be next Monday, that gives me a lot of things to get done this week. It is all so worth it though; I'm beyond ready to get this going and move over to the losers bench

I'm on my pre-op diet, I'm allowed 1 "meal" per day until Thursday then it's liquids only, I just have to keep my carb count under 30 grams per day while I'm eating the 1 meal.

Days until surgery - 11

B: Syntrax Nectar, Vanilla Bean Torte

S: Sugar free Jello

L: Chili with 2 oz's sharp cheddar cheese

D: Snytrax Nectar - flavor undecided

S: Sugar free Jello
