Hi All, I'm running around like a madwoman today. My Friday schedule is awful. I must remind myself to switch things up when I choose classes next semester!

L: Beef stew
D: Spaghetti
Snacks: If needed, I have options. I'm noticing they are never needed.

No totals, my menu sucks and I will be back on the WLS wagon come Sunday. I even signed up for an online exercise challenge where you do the ironman distance over the course of a month. November is going to be my month!

Well, my food is kinda up in the air today. I'll post what I can, but we're having a pot luck today and I know I'll have a few meatballs that I made, but I am not sure what else is in there.
I've already been a little naughty and I'm paying the price. I had some cheese ball with a cracker, then I went back and had a small scoop of spinach dip with 3 Triscuits. They were delicious, and they went down fine, but now half an hour later I'm nauseated and feeling icky. I guess my tool is working by making me regret when I make bad choices. Ugghh. No more food until lunch time. My dinner is also up in the air, but i will be sure to be healthy after today.
So this is my food for the day:
B: Light and Fit Caramel Apple Pie, coffee with cream
S: cheeseball and spinach dip with 4 crackers (ugggh)
L: meatballs, possibly some saurkraut and keibasa, maybe a small bite mexican dip
D: Shrimp and veggies
I had my coworker take a picture of me. I should have pulled the cosutme out of the package a few days ago and steamed it, because it's all wrinkly today. Oh well, I'm just sitting in my cubicle sweating my hiney off in this polyesther thing. I do have an interesting story. I think I work with one of the rudest people I have ever met. Normally she's fine, but every once in a while she says something that just blows me away with how rude it is. She came in the morning and gave me a half dirty look and said "what are you supposed to be?" and instead of calling her out, I answered her honestly saying the queen of hearts or whatever. I get so angry when she catches me off guard with rudeness and I want to come back later and snark back at her, but I am so much better than that. ugggh, the problem is that I'm sitting here thinking about it and it's really getting to me. She didn't dress up today, but both my boss and I did, so maybe she's a little jealous.
Anyway, here I am in my cute costume. this is a sexy costume that came with matching thigh highs and sexy long gloves. I'm sporting my leggings and my renaissance festival shoes.
