What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Welcome to Photo Friday; post 'em if you got 'em! Happy Halloween Eve! The weather here is perfect for it; all dark and windy. It's not, however, perfect for my hair. I struggle with styling it anyway since I got it cut with more layers a couple of weeks ago, but today takes the cake. It looks like I slept in a dumpster last night. LOL
My menu is complete, but tentative since I am busting outta this joint at 11:30. I'm taking my son to get his basketball physical and then I'm hitting the mall for some browsing before I have to take him back to school for the Halloween party. Or as I like to call it, the 9th circle of hell. I hate these parties; it's always hot and the kids are insane from all the sugar. And I'm not that great at making idle chit chat with the other moms. Maybe I'll just stay in the car. LOL

This is a picture of me wearing the ONLY sweater I have ever knit myself. I made it when I had lost weight years ago. And it finally fits again!! YAY
Happy Friday!
Since Halloween is on a Saturday, we are heading up to my parents for trick-or-treating. When they lived near us we would go to their house and roast hotdogs and smores in their driveway while the kids went around the neighborhood. I'm so excited to be able to rekindle our tradition for this year!
I have managed to get a family theme with the costumes. We ended up going with Alice in Wonderland. (Little Bo Peep apparently only watches sheep in sleazy outfits). The 2 yr old is Alice, older daughter (whose idea this was to begin with found a Cheshire Cat costume she loved that is age appropriate), her twin brother has been blackmailed into the White Rabbit, and Brian and I are Tweedle Dee and Dum.

Happy Friday! Already working hard (one of my busier work days of the whole month) but I am sitting at work in my pj's so I can't complain. We have an office wide potluck today so I will be heading out at lunch :) Think of me on Sunday as I walk a short 13.1 miles!! Hope you all have a nice weekend and enjoy Halloween.
