What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Yep I feel almost dirty when I take all of them off the shelf at Walmart. Although I think I am slowly getting burnt out on it. It's the little bits of apple in there that puts it over the top for me. If ONLY there was a pumpkin flavored one like this in the light and fit.

Candy corn = evil nugget of doom. I never really understood what people like about it. I would rather spend October gorging on Reese's Peanut Butter cups. My husband usually buys several bags of candy because its on sale, but we've never gotten more than a couple of trick-or-treators! How he never gets fat, I'll never know. This will be the first Halloween that I don't eat candy with wild abandon. Our tradition is to watch the Shinning and maybe a couple of other scary movies on Halloween. I love the Shinning!

Candy corn... Yuck
I don't really do Halloween, my kids have never done the door to door trick or treat thing. This year we'll go to my sister's so they can get the experience of it.
I'm at my endocrinologist now, my thyroid meds need adjusting due to the weight loss.

Good morning,
Candy corn is an evil nugget of doom! I don't really care for it and would never buy it. I prefer my sweets to be chocolate. I have not bought any Halloween candy yet. I will tomorrow.
I don't get very many trick or treaters. Even though I am on a main street, my house is set way back almost behind the home next door. So I will buy two bags of candy and if it doesn't all go, I will send it to work with my husband. We used to live in a small development, people would drop their kids off, I used to go through 12 bags or more of candy every year.
Time since surgery: 6 months
B: 1 Egg, 1 slice american cheese
L: Leftover greek salad and steak (hubby does a great job)
D: Grilled chicken breast, green beans
S: Babybel, Marys Gone Crackers, L&F Yogurt
Haven't entered MFP yet, priorities LOL!
No Halloween plans for me. We get trick or treaters and I have a very inquisitive Siberian husky. I think he'd go nuts if the doorbell was constantly ringing and there was no one there to open the door. He loves to see all the kids and they love it because he looks like a wolf. I've always wanted to dress up like little red riding hood and have him be the big bad wolf! Menu is up in the air today. It's completely planned out, but I have absolutely no interest in eating anything that I have planned. I'll either suck it up and eat it or try to cobble something together that sounds better to me. I'm having one of those "nothing sounds good days" so maybe I'll run out at lunch and buy some protein powder and call it a day. Here's the plan as it stands now:
B: smoked salmon with cream cheese
S: somersaults
L: leftover steak with tomato, avocado, cucumber and feta salad
S: Light and Fit and peanut butter
D: shrimp and pear and gorgonzola salad
