Triscuits are a major trigger food for me. I used to run to the store at lunch and choose a "healthy" lunch of cottage cheese and a box of Triscuits. And proceed to eat it all. 16 oz of cottage cheese and a whole box of Triscuits. Can't have those lttle squares of salty deliciousness around.

I'm allowing myself to really only eat truscuits, wheat bread, and flat out wraps.

and I'm pre surg- I know what can happen but for some reason, I do pretty well and only eat what im supposed to on those.

now if you gave me lasagna noodles or rice, I would eat them all and not stop.

How do you get the ticker to show on your posts? I have tried to copy and paste all 3 of the URL's and doesn't seem to work?

Candy corn is a weakness for me, so I WILL NOT allow any into my house. Also, just so you guys know, we bought a bag of halloween candy 2 WEEKS ago, and it has remained unopened the entire time.

So, I am in love. I am in love with Dannon Light and Fit Greek Caramel Apple Pie Yogurt. I will divorce my loving husband, and marry this delicious cup of goodness. It is ridiculous how good this stuff is. I feel guilty eating it, but then I look at the nutritional information and I'm so damn confused! LOL

I made my hubby some gluten free whey protein pancakes for breakfast. I had a few bites of one, without any sweetener or syrup, and they were pretty awesome. I'll likely add some splenda next time I make them, so i can eat a bit without syrup, they were not sweet at all but tasted yummy.

Food:

B: 1/4 FlapJacked Apple Cinnimon pancake (whey protein based)Dannon Light and Fit Caramel Apple Pie Yogurt, coffee with cream and splenda

L: romaine salad w/ grilled chicken, cukes, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and an oil based greek dressing

D: something with ground beef. I'm making spaghetti and homemade meat-eyeballs for tomorrows potluck. Meatballs with a green olive in it to make an eye. I was going to make spaghetti (worms), but i think I may grab a bunch of zucchini and just make zucchini noodles with it. It will look fabulous that way.

S: Triple Zero Mixed Berry Greek yogurt

These totals are without dinner, since I am not sure exactly what I'm going to do yet.

Stay strong everyone, this weekend will be full of temptation and I KNOW we can all be on our very best behavior.
