Ha! no thank you to the daily 13.1 mile runs. I'm good with my 3-4 during the week and 7-8 on Saturdays!!

Chike is good cold, and Click is good hot (Chike is not nice hot). Why not buy both and have the variety.

Yep the carb monster got me yesterday, too. I had a tiny pretzel stick...then another...then...oy.

14 weeks out:

B: HB egg

S: cheese stick

L: Greek yogurt

S: sliced turkey and laughing cow wedge

D: soup? Chili? Not sure!

Exercise

Did a sucky at-home yoga video this morning, and later I'm going for a run. Hoping to pu**** closer to 2 miles today!

AMEN! The last time I ran was when I accidently stepped on a snake. Yup that made me run.
