Surgery was yesterday, feeling super tired!

I had revision surgery on Weds with hernia repair. I was released from hospital on Friday. I have walked the stairs in my house, to the mailbox and today went to Walmart and walked. I am now exhausted! My pain is more from the on larger incision in the left and I don't know how effective my pain meds are either.

i can't imagine walking. 1.5 miles right now.

I've been finding the walking easier in a store (I went to target instead of Walmart) too. Walking outside, I'm so focused on how far I'm going, whereas walking inside a store is nice because you're not focused on yourself at all.

Check with your doctor about your activity level. I am not expert but 1.5 miles 2 days after major surgery sounds like alot if you are not feeling well. I think on day I was released, I walked the length of the driveway.
