Congrats on the Promotion AV! I know how slowly the corporate monster can be. I started at my job nearly 10 years ago as a temp, and my manager wanted to hire me full time in my department. I had to actually apply for a different position in another department so she could run in a panic to her boss and beg him to hire me full time. it was her idea, and I was hired within 2 weeks, I had been a temp for a year...
Anyway, I actually got in to see a therapist yesterday and I really like her. I feel like even that first meeting was very productive for me, and I think she will help me keep things in perspective. My last experience with therapy was not as positive and it's been a long time since i've been. I'm feeling hopeful that she can help me to figure out how to be successful. The first step is not being so hard on myself when I **** up.
Anyway, I'e decided to stop taking the liquid vitamins and go back to the chewables. I have a bunch of the Celebrate brand and even though they taste disgusting, i'm going to be taking them regularly. So this morning, I counted out my vitamins for the day, and left it sitting on the kitchen table. Damnit! So I'm sitting here cursing myself and feeling guilty for forgetting them, and then I remember that I'm not supposed to be as hard on myself, so then I feel guilty for being angry. Boy, i'm a big ole mess. LOL

Good Morning!!
Yes! Congrats Kristen!! You have worked hard and deserve the best :)
I need to find a deal like that in those little boxes of yumminess and my fav is the mango coconut and it's hard to find. Today feels like it should be a Friday. Oh well, at least we decided on our Halloween costumes for the office competition. We drew the theme "Cartoons" and decided to go Saturday morning cartoon style and wear pajamas and have cereal and all sorts of breakfast goodies for the potluck stuff. Super easy!!
