What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning all! So, I finally got promoted yesterday. Remember back in like May I started this career ladder climb? Well, as of yesterday it's officially official and I got my 5% raise. Things move slowly around here, I guess. LMAO
I scored at Wegmans last night! They had the mango coconut and blueberry oat Thinaddictives on clearance for $1.96 and the box I snagged had a $1 off 2 coupon: 2 boxes for $3, baby! When I get a good deal like that, it's almost like I'm high. LOL Of course, that deal was offset by the bamiliion dollars I spent replenishing my vitamin stash.
Time since surgery: 15 months
B: coffee, Light & Fit Greek cherry yogurt and a HB egg
S: mango coconut thinaddictives with a Laughing Cow wedge
L: Buffalo chicken salad, 34 degree rosemary crackers and a cheese stick
D: turkey kielbasa with sauerkraut and 3 mini pierogies
TOTALS: Cals: 833 Protein: 79 Carbs: 64 Fat: 30
Have a great day!
Although lasagna is far from diet food I think it can be the best choice if you choose pasta. It is dense so a little goes a long way and there really isnt much noodle to it. So enjoy!

Hey Kristen,
You're so funny - I also spend a bajillion dollars on vitamins, and now I am taking an iron + vitamin C pill so that number just increased (my ferratin is low).
Today is my one week post-op from an arm lift appointment! I got up early and went for a 4 mile walk with a friend. She is hosting a Halloween house party and I am excited but STRESSED. Please - give me Halloween costume ideas! I got nothing!
I am feeling great though nervous about my scars - they seem more raised than my LBL and BL scars did at one week. Last night I went and stalked Nikke's blog and compared her one week pictures to her pictures now and she looks incredible, so I am feeling slightly calmer :) Thank god for this site to help my crazy get in check!
Time since surgery: 22+ months
B: The last 3 oz. of the mediterranean tuna salad (tuna, roasted red pepper, red onion, artichoke, kalamata olives), coffee with half and half
L: Gouda and carmelized onion chicken burger (from Cost****ucumber salad (cukes, light mayo, light sour cream, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion)
D: Meeting an ex for dinner (!) at a pizza place but I am obsessed with their crab tower appetizer - it's a stack of crab, avocado, mango, red pepper, red onion...served with toasts
S: ?
Totals without snacks are 1,000 calories, only 50 g protein, 81 g carbs. Looks like any snack needs to be PROTEIN.
E: 4 mile walk - not allowed to do much else :(
Have a great day, all, and please post Halloween costume ideas in your post!!!

Hahaha! I know! I know! The irony of dressing up as a pig last year was not lost on me...I don't even remember WHY I decided to be Olivia as opposed to some other character.
