What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
I hate pressure to give money at work. I don't mind it being an option, but people who try and coerce their coworkers to buy stuff are the worst. Just leave it in the break room or send one email! I would not want those pies either! Here is my plan for today:

I used to work for the National Girl Scouts Organization. Don't even get me started on door to door fundraising!
On a happy note, I am really feeling all of the benefits of surgery this week (14 weeks out). I am down, down, down on the scale (!!!), throwing away tons of clothes that just hang off me, getting compliments from everyone, exercising like a fool, and feeling HEALTHY!

O M G! I HATE FUNDRAISERS!! I don't buy and I don't let my kids sell. I'm sure eventually I will but right now there is no way on God's green earth I am going to let my 11 or 9 year old out to go door to door selling magazines that no one wants so that the PTO can throw a party at the end of the year! Ugh! I will donate money for certain causes or items if asked to do just that, give money! Why can't we just fund things appropriately and we wouldn't have this problem. (end rant)
I have a bike fit tonight to determine my size on a triathlon specific bike. I need to upgrade and I am so flipping excited! I am looking forward to getting something more specific to my body. The bike I have now was bought used and although I have had a professional fitting it stil isn't the best fit for me (sore shoulders). WHOO HOO! The hunt for a good deal will soon be on. I just wish I had a beefier budget. Anyone know what the lottery numbers for this week will be? LOL.
Time since surgery: 15+ months
B: Hard salami and 4 crackers, coffee with cream
S: Korean BBQ Pork Jerky (Forgot about this stuff until I wandered into the aisle at Costco last night )
L: Turkey cheddarwurst
S: Protein Coffee with cream and string cheese
D: Spicy black bean burger, kraft single, low carb tortilla
W/V: Started
E: Does a bike fitting count? I'll have to pedal.

My fundraising days are just about done. It seeems that the high school has less fundraisers than the middle and elementary schools. Of course, once my little one gets ready for school, it will start all over again. I love that little man, but I'm not sure I'm ready to deal with this all over again. lol.
yesterday's plan went down the drain. I ate my lunch (or half of it) and got really sick. I ate 1.5 ounces of canned tuna and half a small tomato and spend an hour feeling like I was going to die. I don't think it was dumping, but it was something horrible. I stood in the bathroom stall at work, trying to decide if I actually wanted to make myself puke or not. I ended up going home early and taking a nap. For dinner, i had 3 ounces of cream of mushroom soup made with fairlife milk, mixed with half a packet of Unjury chicken soup powder. My calories were really low, and so was my protein, but I did the best that I could.
that being said, I woke up this morning and felt wonderful again. I still haven't pooped (sorry, TMI) but I'm taking Miralax everyday and I'm not having the discomfort I had before. If I don't go in a day or two, I'm going to call my surgeon. the last time I went was on Saturday.
here's my plan for the day:
B: Light and Fit Greek Caramel Macchiato (coffee flavored yogurt? YUM)
L: salami and provolone lettuce wrap with a slice of tomato
D: shrimp, zucchini, onions and tomatoes
S: P3 turkey, almonds and cheese
