Food aversions
Every time I've tried to eat grounder turkey, I feel like I'm going to puke. It's not that it hurts my pouch, but may the thought of eating ground turkey, in any form, disgusts me. I didn't really figure it out until tonight. I guess it's time to find something else to eat.
What are your food aversions?
All ground meat. I can't stand it since surgery. Any kind of sausage in particular makes me want to vomit. It bugs me the most that I can't stand trader joe's chicken sausages anymore. Also, I struggle with any meat that is particularly chewy or fatty. I try to stick to chicken breast or fish for the most part.

If I could figure out a way to never eat dense meat again, I would! Which is CRAZY because before surgery I LOVED meat so much!! Now I eat it because I need the protein. But most of the time it feels like I have a bowling call in my pouch after. Sooooo horrible!
Things that grow in or on the ground. Blech.
I tried turkey bacon once. The smell of it cooking was revolting. I threw it out without even tasting it.

Scrambled eggs still give me agita. I can eat them over easy, deviled or poach, but scrambled seems to sit in my stomach and makes me a very unhappy camper.
