Hi OH Friends,
I haven't posted in a bit - no excuse really, but I am still tracking everyday in MFP and working out. Tomorrow is my ARM LIFT...EEEEEK. I am equal parts excited and scared. I just took before pics which definitely reiterates the need to do this! LOL. So this week has been spent stocking up on protein, getting hard workout classes in (I am so nervous to take 4-6 weeks off strength training, I feel like I will lose all muscle tone), and taking my iron pills since my ferratin is low.
I am a crazy person and although surgery is tomorrow afternoon, I will be home tomorrow night (with my mom here to stay for the weekend) and Friday we are having people over for lunch and Sunday I have to go to a birthday party lol. So please keep good thoughts for me that my recovery is fast and easy. I am back to work (from home) Monday :)
Time Since Surgery: 22 months Friday
B: 2 oz havarti cheese, small red peppers, one hard-boiled egg
