What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Wow! Everyone seems to be having an awesome day.... Now I'm a little nervous to actually leave the house. I am going in to work a bit late again today and I was at a meeting of the local Commissioners until after 10pm last night. Ugh.
My day has basically no plan because I'm eating out TWICE - which never is a good thing. I have a lunch meeting and then I'm meeting a friend from here for dinner after I get my hair cut.
Note to Anny: Pick dense protein at lunch and dinner. Pick dense proteins.
I'm not even posting a menu since I have no idea at this point what I'm eating at either meals out, though I will look at the menus and pick something a little later on - I just don't have my act together yet.
Here's hoping the day gets better from here for everyone!

My menu is almost a duplicate of yesterday....can you say routine?
Time since surgery: 14 months
B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach and cheese, fruit (apple slices, dried figs and grapes)
L: Turkey and Swiss cloud bread sandwich with spicy mustard, baby carrots, Light and Fit caramel apple pie greek yogurt and a coconut flour chocolate chip cookie
S: Quest pumpkin pie bar and a SF iced latte made with Fairlife milk
D: Grilled steak, some green apple slices, broccoli and artic zero
E: 1 hour cardio
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:1174 Protein:102 Carbs:137 Fat:35

Oh, what an ugly start to the day!! Praying that the at least the sun comes out for you today.
Yesterday I bought my 1/2 way to goal gift, a new purse and matching wallet. Its more than I ever spent for purse/wallet, but hey-- I'm worth it :-) I figured that I will carry this till I meet my goal, it will be a constant reminder each time I shop that I've worked hard but need to keep making good choices.

D: probably left over roast beef again

It does sound like an ugly Tuesday all the way around.
I just had my 6 month visit with the surgeon and dietician and everything looks good! Everyone is real happy with where I am at and what my goals are so. So I guess I'm the odd duck out of crappy Tuesday.

E: None. Long story short, I saw my vascular surgeon and I have to wear an unaboot for the next week (or two!!!), so no swimming. sits and cries
