What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Hahaha! Oh man, having a sister is SUCH a love/hate thing. We were not close at all growing up (we're 5 years apart, I'm the younger), but are basically besties now. We live in the same town and see one another all the time - hence we can do things like buy yogurt for one another - I snagged her one of those Chobani Flips Pumpkin whatevers the other day.

Thanks, lady! I had so much fun riding my bike all over the island - and my sister and I rented adorable, matching, lavender cruisers.
As for TJ's, I do know that they stock different things in different parts of the country, so it depends on where you are - but you're East Coast, too, right? So I would think they'd have similar things. Sometimes their stuff is tough to track down though. The Chile Lime Burgers are actually in the freezer section and are by the other burgers. It took me ages to find them because I assumed they were in the "fresh" cases with other raw meat.

Oh yes, I downloaded MapMyRide to track things. I'm slightly obsessed with apps and tracking. ESPECIALLY apps that link directly to MFP!
Last night I downloaded several free yoga apps - Yoga Academy and Down Dog are the two I actually ended up keeping. YogaAcademy is free and then has in-app purchases for more advanced level videos, but it has some great warm-up and beginner videos for any at-home yogis.

Morning gals (& guys??)
Sorry about your car troubles AV-- hopefully it'll run smoothly for a long while. As for the weekend, tonight I have a formal event to go to for work tonight. I'm fairly new here and technically part of the executive team, but I'm a civilian in a uniformed department, so I'm like a second class citizen, on top of being 'the new girl'. My invite came at the last minute, but I took it. Its a $150/plate event but can for for free-- so why the hell not! The dance part worries me though-- I can't dance to save my life. No other plans for the weekend, just to replace a part on our water heater.
Time since surgery 5 months
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and 1 boiled egg white; 3/4 of a turkey sausage patty, 1/2 cheese stick
S: Yogurt and granola
L: I want a *good* salad...wish I had enough time for an Applebee's lunch but sometime there service is so slow. Probably a Wawa salad.
D: Filet Migon (my selection from the the swanky dinner/dance's menu)
My pic today is a selfie-- I can't believe how thin my face looks! Its scary to think what 80 more pounds lost will look like on me. And I'm showing off my new hair (I wear wigs a lot, I'm mostly bald) I couldn't figure out the upload to the forum-- its in my profile.
