What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning everyone! Thanks for reminding me that it's flu shot time. My company doesn't offer them so I have to seek it out. I have a Dr. appt. at the end of the month and wonder if I can hold out until then. If not, all the local pharmacies around me offer them on a walk-in basis . . . hmmmmm. AV, enjoy your time at the mall! I love being able to go by myself and shop at my own pace. A weekday is the best time because it's less crowded. Hope you find some great items!
It's an exercise day, so my menu is higher in calories than normal and still somewhat up in the air.
B: Ground turkey, spinach and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese (.5 oz)
S: Skinny vanilla latte and somersaults
L: Seared albacore and side ceasar salad
S: Kind bar
D: Chicken breast and broccoli
S: Light and Fit and Peanut Butter (I'm so jealous of all of you who have found the fall flavors. I'm craving the dannon caramel apple SO BAD and can't find it anywhere!
Totals: Calories 1334; Protein: 116g; fat: 53g; Carbs: 91g (this total will be too low when I consider my exercise so I'm going to have to fit in more food . . . where I don't know . . . I need an 8-day week so I can catch up on my food consumption and make my Drs happy!)
