Post Op Calories, Carbs and Fat

Does anyone have suggestions on where I can find a chart that tells me how many calories, carbs and fat grams I should have at each stage. I know I am to have 60grams of protein daily. Im finding alot of conflicting information and thought Id get other opinions. I am approx 7 weeks post op

Getting in the protein and water is what is important. You really don't need anything else. Most of us stayed under 800 calories a day and under 50 carbs during weight loss.

60g a day is really the minimum. As you get further out most people shoot for more.

I flipped through my WLS program booklet searching for calorie, carbs, and fat grams. Nothing. I did find an interesting sentence, however...it says, "make your meals last 45 minutes long." I flunk not sure how to make four ounces of food last that long even at 7 weeks out. Hope you can.

20 years out....experience speaking... you learn to eat cold food...you chew each mini-bite, 1/4 teaspoon,20 times, .....you put your food down and walk away, and come back to it 7-10 minutes later....you do not drink with your food. I could not eat over 2 ounces until I was about three months out...still eat about 4-6 ounces,most of the time...sometimes not half that, depends on a lot of factors...dh
