Spasms
Are the spasms intestinal, or muscle of the abdominal wall. I have spasms inmy abdominal wall... when my magnesium and or potassium levels drop. I salt my potatoes and tomatoes with no salt one time a day for my potassium( more when I sweat heavily) and take magnesium 750 mg one time at night..as they occur...I take 250 mg daily in addition. This will stop the spasms within a few min and I also apply a heating pad... I am post op 20 years...( a rny, with another procedure) Hope this helps.dh
