What's on Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Hey everyone! I back at work today, I joked with my hubby my impromptu trophy wife status has come to an end LOL. Of course there is a crap ton of work to catch up on.
I don't often try new recipes, I'm a creature of habit. I feel like some recipes want you to scour the amazon jungles to find ingredients. I can't be bothered most of the time.
Time since surgery: 5 months
Breakfast: 1 egg & 1 turkey sausage payty
S: Vanilla Oikos yogurt & 1 pumpkin spice flax granola
Lunch: Stew peas
S: Cashews and Cheese stick
Dinner: Taco Salad (maybe)
5'6.5" High weight:337 Lowest weight:193/31 BMI: Goal: 195-205/31-32 BMI
Its been a pretty decent day!
18 days sober. Doesn't even bother me :) That's a good sign.
Time since surgery: 3 yrs, 10 months
B: Tuna, 34 crackers, TBS mayo
Snack: HB Egg
Lunch: Salad with 3oz chicken, 1oz cheddar; artichokes, bunch of veggies, TBS sunflower seeds
Snack: Kale, tomatoes
Dinner: Grilled chicken 3oz, zucchini
totals: Calories: 829 Protein: 67gr; Carb: 44g
Need a little more protein, think I'll have a protein shake. Have a great night!
