Which brand/type of Calcium Citrate and Biotin do you prefer and or recommend?

I bought a liquid Calcium Citrate as I was scared the pills/tabs would be too big. Unfortunately, I have a hard time with my selection because it just is not convenient.

I am trying to find Biotin that is easy to take. Any suggestions?

I use Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate. They are chewables, much like Starburst candy. I love the caramel ones and have recently ordered the orange flavored. I take four per day. I also take a chewable Biotin, but I don't remember the brand.

The Bariatric Advantage has soft chew calcium that are pretty good, but expensive. The Bariatric Advantage calcium lozenges are awful! Celebrate also has soft chew calcium that are fairly equivalent to the Bariatric Advantage ones. But I recently started using the Celebrate calcium that are similar to the Bariatric Advantage lozenges but so much better. Yes they are dry, but not so much that they get stuck in your teeth. They taste pretty good, have fewer calories, and are less expensive. So I recommend those. Here is a link, I like the berries & cream:

I use the Bariatric Advantage soft chews in caramel and orange.  They are expensive, but I tried a bunch of other stuff and hated them all.  These, I will take, which makes them the best choice for me!

These Celebrate are delicious, and much less expensive than the starbust soft type. Orange Burst is great.

I use the Celebrate Chewables as well, as I like all the flavors and don't find them too chalky.

I tend to buy them in bulk from Nashua Nutrition when they have their sales.

Biotin will not help the hair on your head, but too much will give you nice facial, arm and leg hair.

I never lost my hair after surgery at all - which I was surprised because I had a lot of hair issues for years. I took a hair skin and nails from the "It Works" company. It did seem to make my hair grow. I only took one a day not the suggested 2 because they were big pills. Now I m taking 4 a day of the Natures Bounty Hair, skin and Nails Gummies. (buy at Costco) Easier than the pills. Jury is still out as to if I like them because I have only been on them a month. My Doc thinks Biotin helps with the regrowth, not whether you lose or not.

I will be using the Bariatric Advantage after surgery. I've tried many of the flavors and love the peanut butter and tropical orange!
