Sorry you are feeling bad... nothing worse than a pounding head full of gunk! Well, there ARE worse things, but not when you are at work surrounded by food.... but at least maybe, your taste buds are on the blink since you have a head cold??

So, last night sucked... I ended up working late, not going to the gym... it's so blasted rainy here, and then I ate Pringles for supper! WTF is wrong with me! And they made me feel lousy... and then I ate more! I am such a head case!  LOL

But, back on track for today:

B: Tea with Truvia and a chocolate Premier protein shake

L: P3 Pack

D: 3 oz of grilled chicken over lettuce and cucumbers with Brianna's Blush Vinegarette (I love this stuff and a little goes a long way!)

S: gonna try the Premier Protein shake as hot chocolate!

Totals:  Calories - 809, Protein - 99, Carbs - 50, Sugar - 23, Fats - 28

Vits/water going in! I don't know if I am working late or going to the gym!  Should do both but by the end of the day, I know I am just want to crawl in the bed!

Everyone have a good day!

Good afternoon!

Finally getting myself on track and back in the swing of things.  Feels so good to take control!

B: Lemon Pepper Tuna with 9 34 crackers and 1/2 TBS mayo

S: Hard Boiled Egg with Bagel Spice

L: Grilled Chicken breast (3oz), kale, asparagus and cauliflower

S: 1oz honey ham and 1 babybel light cheese

D: Grilled Chicken (3oz) taco (in lettuce wrap); 1oz cheddar; green garden salad

S: 1 HB egg with bagel spice and hot sauce

I don't know those calories. What program do you all put your food into that shows calories, protein, etc.? I'm popping that stuff in the WW app, but I'm thinking that's not going to work.

Day 16 sober.  :)

I really LOVE the myfitnesspal app and website!!  I used to use the sparkpeople website, but find that  the food database myfitnesspal has is much better!

I'll just echo the shout out for MyFitnessPal. If you use a smartphone it has a really handy feature where you can scan the barcode on what you're eating. It also makes entering a recipe and then number of servings really easy. You can save your favorite meals, etc.

Love it!

I am feeling like c**p to day too. Air quality- 99% humidity -allergies take your pick. Sitting here with dye on my hair. Not posting a pic LOL.... Have big meetings tonight and Thursday another conference coming up so I figured the roots need to go.

I did the cottage cheese test this morning. have you ever heard of this? to see how big your pouch is. Old school first saw it on a blog post called "pouch rules for dummies" and someone on FB mentioned it, so I figured why not try it being I had a new container of cottage cheese handy. Basically first thing in the AM before you eat or drink anything else you take a new container of small curd cottage cheese eat quickly from the container  as much as you can until you start to feel full. (within 5-15min) then measure ou****er and pour into the hole you have created in the cottage cheese and see how much water it takes to fill it. 'Normal' can be anywhere up to 9oz. I probably could've squeezed more in, but ate til I got that 'it is coming up my esophagus' feeling. Cottage cheese is soft so it isn't going to give you that same full feeling. Measured water was 3oz, but I will go with 4oz as I could've gotten more in. I shouild've marked the outside of the container with a sharpie because the cottage cheese does kinds fall in and shift as you eat it.  Supposedly Doctors used this years ago to test sizes of pouches and used it to create some of the statistics we now have. Any-whooo FYI

B: Cottage cheese (LOL)

S: Ezekial bread, 1 TBSP Peanut Butter

L: Pumpkin granola, frozen blueberries, Fairlife Milk

S: Salad

D: Chicken black bean Stoup.

S: Hot chocolate premier protein (maybe)

Met someone at a Zumba class at LA fitness this AM, but they cancelled because someone had washed the floor with something slippery and it was too dangerous..... onto something else. My plan is to drag out of my dust DVD collection the 21 day fix and start doing it (exercise not food)

They washed the floor with something slippery?! I feel like this is the most ridiculous thing I've read all day! Sorry you didn't get your Zumba on :-(
