Sorry, good morning! I have no idea what happened there...I just spaced. Actually, I'm feeling a little under the weather, so I'm going to blame my headache and post-nasal drip for my forgetfulness. LOL
B: coffee, toast with Brummel & Brown and a small piece of leftover sausage frittata
S: Dunno...maybe an apple. It's food day here (yet again) and the conference tables are covered with cookies and brownies and a whole bunch of other **** that looks really good.
L: Buffalo chicken salad, celery sticks and a Cabot cheese snack
D: black bean burger with a slice of Sargento ultra thin cheddar and an over easy egg. I plan to make pumpkin pancakes for the other people in the house. Mmmmm...pancakes.

Good Morning!! Hope you feel better real soon. I saw an email this morning that Quest has a pumpkin pie bar....so I will call vitamin shoppe in a bit and hopefully head there at lunch to get a few and taste test them for you all :)
Time since surgery: 1 year + 1 month
B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach, bacon and cheese, fruit (dried figs, apple slices, and grapes)
S: Dark chocolate banana thin addictives and a laughing cow cheese wedge
L: Insides of fish taco, a few chip and ½ a quest bar (hoping they have the new pumpkin pie one at vitamin shoppe!!)
S: L&F Greek blueberry yogurt with 1/2 a banana mixed in, and a SF iced latte made with Fairlife milk
D: Grilled steak salad and some arctic zero
S: No sugar added outshine bar
E: 1 hour cardio
V/W: On track

I saw that too! I do much better with the Quest bars that aren't chocolate (except white chocolate raspberry...my favorite!) so I'm hoping this one is good. Report back!
I saw this on FB yesterday. Does EVERYTHING have to be pumpkin in the fall? I just want me some cinnamon and ginger bread flavors!

BOOOOO Headaches are NO FUN! I had a nasty one last night. Thankfully it was gone when I woke up this morning

L: 1.5oz lite Kielbasa, 1/2c roasted carrots & onions
S: 2 Baybel light cheese
D: Turkey and zucchini fritters recipe here

Like always this total is without my before bed snack!
