What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
The wide calf riding boots I bought last fall are too big now; time to upgrade! And I just got an e-mail about a shoe sale at Macys. Tra la la!
I have some super fat girl boots from last year, that only fit because they lace up in the back and I unlaced like the top 4 or 5 holes! HAHAHA This year they are tightened as much as they will go. So they will work for most of the Winter this year, I assume. Then I will get new ones next Fall/Winter.
Happy Wednesday! The weather here is finally starting to feel a little like Fall and I love it. I want to get a bunch of sweaters this year-I used to get to hot in a sweater now I can't wait to buy some! I think I need to hide my Macy's card from myself. This afternoon I am heading out to watch my daughter's first volleyball game :)

B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach and cheese, fruit (apple slices, dried figs and grapes)

S: Quest pumpkin pie bar and a SF iced latte made with Fairlife milk
D: Cloud bread, fried egg and Swiss cheese sandwich, light and fit strawberry yogurt
S: No sugar added outshine bar

Annnnnnd, which cloud bread recipe do you use? I've found a million so I'm wondering if you have one in particular to suggest.

Both recipes were Pinterest wins! Do you have pinterest? The blueberry ricotta bake was posted by mylittleitaliankitchen.com (only diff. is I bake in silicon muffin pans and freeze in individual portions) and the cloud bread recipe I used was by a seat at my table. If you don't have pinterest let me know I can list the recipes for ya :)
Is this blueberry ricotta stuff? Have you made any modifications? Like I'm thinking about Eggbeaters and Splenda?

I ended up getting blueberries to make this tonight for the beau! I was at the store and already had a tub of ricotta in my cart just because I like to have it on hand. Then I was thinking I wanted to have a dessert for tonight - I looked at the cookies. I looked at the ice cream. Then I thought - why not try the blueberry ricotta thing?!
