What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?

Thanks! I'm excited. It's going to be a long process though. First was a "video" interview, then phone interview, then a full day group interview in a few weeks...THEN I'll find out if I get it. Phew. But the jobs I've had that followed a similar process tend to be good ones. It means they care about getting the right person!

Hey all, it's been too long and I'm feeling a little like a cautionary tale, though one I'm trying to nip in the bud - Uber active here for the first year, then life gets in the way, I stop being so active and slowly but surely old habits are creeping back in. How many times have I/you read that here on OH?
So I'm committing to making time for the menu post again. I KNOW that the accountability of reporting to my support network works for me - so I need to get back on it!
AV! Roasted carrots sound delicious and like FALL to me. Have I mentioned how extremely happy I am that fall is here? I know it isn't Photo Friday, but since it's been like a decade since I posted, I'm dropping in a pic. This is me and my new beau, Jamie, having some fall fun at an apple orchard. Please note: I ate an apple cider donut AND pierogi - WTF is wrong with me?!
But moving on...

Great pics and glad you are back. We miss you. What is wrong with you is you are human. We are fallible. I don't think there is anything wrong with making different choices once in awhile. Just have to be careful that every day and every weekend isn't an excuse for celebrating. Pick and choose. You look happy and awesome!
