Good Morning!  I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  The weather was so nice here; the clouds even held off long enough for us to see the eclipse last night, which was pretty friggin' cool!  I tried to take pictures, but they just made the moon look like a little red dot in the sky.  You'll just have to trust me that it was awesome.  LOL  I also made the pumpkin cranberry granola, which is super delicious.  I was in very real danger of eating the whole batch before it even cooled.  I blame NYMom.

Time since surgery:  14+ months

B:  coffee, Wegmans pumpkin spice Greek yogurt (yay) and some granola.  HA!

S:  Click Mocha

L:  Buffalo chicken salad, pork rinds and a Cabot chees snack

D:  Venison backstrap with a bit of roasted carrots and potatoes.

TOTALS:  Cals:  872  Protein:  111  Carbs:  65  Fat:  31

Have a great day!

Good morning!  I had a great weekend!  I went to see my daughter for parents weekend at the University of South Carolina.  For the first time since I can remember, I could walk and I mean we walked and walked and walked.  I went to a class with her (which was really fun), we went to the game and tailgated on Saturday - we walked from a friends house which was easily a mile from where we tailgated which was a mile from the stadium and walked back after the game.  I lost 4 lbs in 4 days from all of the exercise and only eating 3 meals a day with no snacks.  She kept telling me how great it was that I could do everything with her.  It was a whole new experience.

I must have the recipe for this pumpkin cranberry granola . . . sounds amazing!  I must have missed it friday :(

Time since surgery:  11 mos

B:  L&F Caramel Apple Pie Greek Yogurt

L:  Lobster & Green beans

D:  Grilled Shrimp, sweet potato, green beans

S:  protein shake

V/W:  started

E:  hour on treadmill

OMG, you're looking amazing! You need to change your avatar, lady! And even BETTER you're feeling amazing and keeping up with your daughter. Go you!

I'm SUPER jealous that you've found the L&F Apple Pie. I out and out hoarded that stuff last year and I'm desperately hoping it will be back at my grocery soon.

I don't know how to change it.  Someone gave me step by step directions when I first signed up last year and I can't remember what to do.  They sent me to an avatar site that makes the picture small enough.  If anyone knows how to do it, please share
