What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Oh you're so right about being human. From the beginning I've tried to create a healthy relationship with food - and if those had been the only "treats" I've had lately it would be perfectly fine by me - but that's the problem - I'm making up reasons for treats every. single. day.
Ugh. With they could have given me a lobotomy while they were in there rearranging my guts!

As many of WLSer has lamented - I wish I dumped!
Now I know if you DO dump you'd probably tell me I'm crazy for wanting it - but I wish I had an immediate physical reaction that would help teach me my lesson, damnit!

I do dump and I am thrilled for it! But, I will admit, it doesn't always stop me! Because, I have the ability with sweet things to take a bite or 2 with little side effects... and I think that ability makes me almost want the bad stuff more at times. But, the fear of bad dumping, does deter me most of the time.
Good Morning and happy Monday!
I totally stalked Nikki yesterday...so amazed of what she accomplished! I did not get to see the eclipse due to clouds but we tried. I made some pretty tasty coconut flour chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin pudding parfaits this weekend and both turned out tasty.Brought in little pudding parfaits in for my team to try since my hubby doesn't like pumpkin stuff (I know right ?!?!?!) and my daughter gets tired of things after a day or two. That cranberry granola does sounds amazing!

Great weekend here too in Illinois! I was worried about not getting enough donations from the community for the free giveaway next weekend. I shouldn't have worried as we have more stuff than we really have room for. Next weekend hopefully will be good weather so we have a great turnout and all this stuff can find new homes! Had a pet blessing service on Sunday afternoon. There were only 4 pets there but hubby and Lily and I went. I feel sorry for our new pastor as he's trying all these new things and no one shows up! It was neat though and especially cool that all four pets were rescues. They are the best be ause they appreciate everything you do for them. Okay off my soapbox now and on to today. 3.2 miles done at the park with Lily early and will do 30 minutes on the bike later today. Post op 3 years three weeks and weight at 119.2 today. On track with vitamins and fluids. Here's the eats:B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein powder and half a banana with peanut butter L 31/2 iz rotisserie chicken 1/2 c squash D 31/2 oz ribeye 1/2 c sauteed zuchini noodles S Greek yogurt with nuts.
