2 years flew by.I am holding at 150-155. Feeling great. I've been running 5ks and actually winning in my age group. Such a different life now. There are times I allow to many bad choices to sneek in but always seem to crank it back up when I see 155. Still lots of work but so worth it!

Congratulations!  I too am 2 years out, and feel awesome!  I ran my first 5k last Saturday and amazed myself!  I will always have to fight against those bad choices, but I've come way too far to give this way of life up for FOOD!

thanks for your last comment, i needed to hear that today especially as I stuffed myself with as much chocolate as I could manage today. and found myself crying about food and social aspects with eating. tomorrow is a new day...
