What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Unseasonably warm here in Illinois but Lily and I did 3.2 miles at the park this morning. I will also do 30 minutes on the bike later. 0ost op 3 years 2 weeks and weight at 120.4 today. Busy weekend. Saturday our church is collecting yard sale type items from the community for a free giveaway next Saturday. So this Saturday I will be sorting items and placing them out on tables for next weekend. Sunday is church in the morning then in the afternoon we are having a pet blessing ceremony and Lily,the hubby and I are going. I will also be stalking our iron lafdy too! I am SO proud of mama! Karen, have a wonderful time with the yard sale items. How wonderful you do so much work for your Church. And just had to share that my hubby and I and our two Labs went to a pet Blessing Ceremony a few weeks ago. It was AMAZING. The lady who hosted the event was out of this world amazing. She is a true "dog lady" she "gets" us "dog people." So enjoy!
I am so freakin' late posting today! I took today off from work, working to get stuff together for our yard sale this weekend but we are having to move the yard sale again due to rain, rain, rain! So, we are postponed until next wkend.... again! Oh well, everthing is ready to go at least! I have no real plans this weekend... will be monitoring Mama's race and sending her good vibes!
My menu today (haven't put it in MFP, yet so I don't have totals but it should be okay)
B: Tea with Truvia, chocolate Premier Protein shake
L: rest of my chicken salad, about 2 ozs, 1/4 cup of snack mix
S: 1 oz of sharp cheddar cheese
D: 3 oz of steak, 1/4 cup roasted potatoes and 1/4 cup of cucumbers
Water and vits are going in. Exercise: treadmill
