What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Nothing special planned here this weekend. I will be watching for Nikki's time though. My daughters friend *****cently moved to Upstate NY will be here for a visit so I'll probably be carting them to the movies, mall, bowling, etc. Planning on making some Chili this weekend and possibly trying out a cauliflower pizza, I've seen recipes that looked like a lot of steps, bu****ched Valerie Bertinelli make it on her show last week, didn't look too difficult.

D: Chicken, green beans, I didn't cook the chicken last night either, had leftovers instead.

Morning ladies
Nothing planned this weekend and I can't wait to sleep in and relax! Have been busy every weekend and I can't wait to just do nothing! LOL I might dust off the Slow Cooker, like you AV I BBQ everything and the evenings are getting super cold so back to indoor cooking.
I plan on following Nikki (Mamata2) on her Iron Man! I am so excited and proud of her! If you are reading this Nikki, YOU GO GIRL!
Time Since Surgery: 22+ months
B: 1 cup of 1% Lactose Free milk with two scoops of chocolate protein powder
S: Vanilla hazelnut coffee with milk & splenda
L: 4oz of tandoori grilled chicken and 1/2 cup of salad greens with lots of hot sauce
S: pumpkin spice coffee with milk & splenda and one Marble Cheese String
D: 4 oz of grilled chicken over 1/2 cup salad greens and 2 tbsp balsamic dressing & a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds for crunch
S: Pumpkin spice coffee with milk & splenda and 1 marble cheese string and 2 oz of grilled kielbasa on the bbq
TOTALS: 1178 calories, 138 protein, 42 carbs, 56 fat
Below is a picture of me and my husband in the truck on our way to the baseball game (Toronto Blue Jays - GO BLUE JAYS!!!!!!) I am sitting kind of awkward cuz hubby said "sit up so I can get your t-shirt in the pic." He is baseball obsessed.

Good morning everyone. So happy that it is Friday. It has been hell week at work. I have a friend visiting from Colorado this weekend, and I will be spending it with her and her friends. They are a bunch of party girls, so if you don't see me next week, send help.
I am so happy it is Fall. This is my favorite time of the year. I love the colors, the light and most of all, I love that it is the beginning of boot season. I must confess that I have gone a little (!) nuts and have turned into a boot hoarder. I am making up for all of those years when my calves were too fat to wear boots. So, my Friday photo is one of my recent boot buying frenzy. Don't for a minute think I'm done yet. There are booties out there with my name on them. I need an intervention.

I had my boot buying frenzy LAST year. I went from zero pair cuz my calves were too big to 4 pairs of brown ones in different styles and three pairs of black ones and I love them all! I got a pair out last Sunday but this week our tempos are back up in the 80s. I wish sweater weather would get here to Illinois¡
We've been bouncing around in temps here in Portland, too. The mornings are cool, but then it gets into the mid to upper 70's. Don't care. I am wearing boots! I do want cooler weather so I can wear leggings and tights with my boots. I've been buying them in all kinds of textures. So fun!
