Hi everyone.  I've been using the patch for 3 months.  I'm posting labs from April and just now in September.  So far the patch is working well, I'd say.  Just wanted to give you all an update.

All right this site is really irritating me.  I've posted the other pages several different times now and it shows as if it's working, but then once it's posted, the don't show up.  I'll try again later. Sorry.

I can see page one (which shows protein and calcium) but the other pages (which must have the various vitamins) don't show up.

I'm glad your labs are good, too.  I will be very interested in my second set of labs (first set was after being on patch a little over 3 months, and I will be on it 9 months when I get my next labs).

Just having technical difficulties with uploading.  I attached another page for comparison. The 3rd page only has my vitamin D which went from 38 to 42.  I'm interested in your next labs also and my doctor's office is using me as a guinea pig, since I'm the only one using the patch.

Does your doctor think 42 is ok for Vit D?  Mine indicates that is too low (he wants at least 60) and I know that the Linus Pauling Institute recommends a Vit D level of 80.

This is the million dollar question that is making me crazy! I felt 38 was too low after talking about it on this forum a while back, so I started taking dry D-3.  Now I'm at 42, so I suppose it's working.  My doctor was fine with the 38 and 42, although he did say the endocrinologist he consults with says the ideal should be 50-70.  So, I'm at least aiming for 50.  I wish there was consensus among the medical community.

Which vitamin patches are you using? (Brand & vitamin type?) I've been using calcium with D3 patch, but stopped, and am wondering do they really work. Thanks

This is the site i use and I get the multivitamin patch.  I also take extra calcium, iron, and B-12, once a day each.
