Jjust a hint: the sauce freezes well. I let it cool and then freeze it in baggies. Thaws out well.

I just want to thank you guys for posting your menus every day. For someone like myself just starting out it is really helpful to try and get some ideas of what to eat. It actually stresses me out ugh. Anyways keep it up. Maybe I'll finally get the hang of it and contribute as well. :)

I know I am posting really late, but just tried this chicken salad and I have to share.

It's chicken salad made with hummus.  OMG it was to die for!  I used the sundried tomato hummus.  The recipe was on the lid and it sounded good to me so I made it.  2 chicken breasts, 3 spring onions (I only used 1), 1/2 c hummus.
