What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
ZZzzzzzzzz... I'm so tired I may fall asleep mid-post. Just throw something at me to wake me up. Today is our designated town cleanup trash pickup day so we spent most of the weekend hauling junk and branches and **** up to the road. Have I mentioned before that my house is 200 feet from the road? And that the outbuildings from which most of this junk was spawned are set even farther back? I'm glad it's done, but there are few chores I detest more than yard work. My husband was telling me how "fun" it was to do the clean up together as a family. My son and I were like "huh?" LOL I told him that his definition of fun is waaay different than mine. So, yeah. Tired. And I just spilled cottage cheese on my sweater. I think that little mishap is enough to send me home.
Time since surgery: 14 months
B: coffee, cottage cheese and pork rinds
S: Pistachio Thinaddictive and a LC wedge
L: Buffalo chicken salad on 34 degree crackers and a Cabot cheese snack. When I went to the store last night to get my chicken salad fixins', I forgot to get the ranch packet so I had to use Old Bay. LMAO I hope it doesn't suck. Maybe I should call it "Boston" chicken salad.
D: venison cabbage stir fry and a zucchini square

Have a great day!
I feel you on being tired! Friday was my birthday, but I ended up being home all day with two sick little boys. I cleaned SO MANY bodily fluids on my birthday....NOT FUN!!! Then I had to go to Rhode Island for my sister in law's baby shower, stayed up way to late saturday night, got up early Sunday morning for the family breakfast my mom was doing, then drove home!! SO TIRED TODAY! hahah But at least the boys seem to be on an upswing with their health, so that is good!
Cleaning up as a family sounds like so ....much....fun! BWHAHAHAH Yeah right!

I do not ever consider cleaning up fun! Not in any way, shape or form! Boring weekend here too. Saturday hubby had a cowboy shoot and I had to take his car in for an oil change. Sunday we went down to my in-laws as hubby needed to help his dad with some household stuff. Chilly morning here today and Lily and I did 2.3 miles at the park. She is still favoring her leg a bit so we aren't doing quite three miles right now. I will also do 25 minutes on the exercise bike. Post op 3 years 2 weeks and weight at 120 today. On track with vitamins and fluids and here's the eats: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein powder and half a banana with peanut butter L venison chili with cheese D 31/2 oz ribeye 1/2 c green beans S pumpkin cheesecake Greek yogurt yummy!. Have a great Monday full of smart choices everyone!

I'll join in on the "too tired to handle Monday", train. I'm a month into my first 4 master's level classes and its getting HARD! I have a chemestry test today, and I stayed up too late to study. I sound like I am 16 years old when I utter these words, and let me assure you...I am NOT 16! And I am not equipped to pull all-nighters anymore, either!
