What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Morning
4 years, 2 months since surgery trying to lose regain.
B: eggs, cheese. mushrooms, onions
S almonds and cucumber slices
L: chicken breast, broccoli
S: HB egg, mushrooms, cucumber slices
Dinner: pork loin souvlaki, salad, broccoli.
S: Atkins bar.
Chugging 10 cups of water.
Exercise: core, upper body and lower body strength training. I am leaving cardio out today,since I have an extended mountain biking session planned for tomorrow!
