You were there when I first had my revision and you have been there consistently ever since. And for that I thank you.

I look at my friend list and see so many that used to post daily that I haven't heard from in years. It's people like you who share their success with those who are newer that help me learn this strange new way of eating to maintain a normal weight.

I hope the newer people realize what a treasure and resource you are. We are all lucky you have stuck around. And I suspect that you sticking around may have had at least a little to do with your success, along with your hard work of course.
