Fantastic Laura - and I know you haven't stayed successful by forgetting where you came from. You know the drill and you practice it daily - new post ops would do well to look to her story and try to emulate her successful habits

You look AMAZING, Laura! I have been inspired by you since I joined the site. And your arms are my goal arms :) I am so impressed that your goal jeans fit. You truly are in the top .01% of WLS patients. I can only work everyday to be as successful as you. Thanks for sticking around and helping those of us who started our journey much later than you! That is the mark of a selfless person.
