Hi Everyone,

I have been missing in action for awhile.  Between work and traveling, life has been crazy.  I have still made it a priority to stop by and read posts, but haven't had time to do much posting.  

I love all of the before and after pictures.  Everyone looks so fantastic.  We are a group of hot babes.  My before picture below was taken last July with my cousin.  I had lost about 30 pounds at this time.  The second one was taken a couple of weeks ago.  I am tailgating with the boys.

Speaking of tailgating, it is going to be a football weekend.  I am going to my godson's high school football game tonight, and tomorrow I'm going to Eugene, OR to see my beloved Ducks play.  Can't wait!  So, as a result, my menu is all messed up for today.  I have no idea what I am doing for dinner, but I will post what I know...

Time Since Surgery:  Almost 10 months

S:  Light and Fit Greek Yogurt - Chocolate Raspberry with PB2

L:  Zoodles with wild mushrooms and chicken breast

S:  Trader Joe's Beef and Pork Snack Stick

Totals (without dinner or evening snack):  Calories 460, Protein 59, Carbs 27, Sugar 0 (!)
