Hi guys, no before pics on my phone, thankfully, so I can't post my before and after right now, but maybe later tonight :)
I've alreadyscrewed up today's meal plan an it's only 12:30pm. But here's what's going on:
Breakfast: 1/2 Morningstar Meatless Chicken Patty with Plain Greek Yogurt and Sriracha Sauce
Snack: I meant to havea cheese stick, but I actually had a bite of the coconut macroons I made with my neice this monring. I didn't "dump" but I sure do feel kind of miserable.
Lunch: P3 Chicken, Peanuts and Cheese
Snack 2: probably wont have anything, but if I do, I'll try for that cheese stick again...
Dinner: going out tonight before seeing the Black Mass Movie (it's a big deal here in Boston!), so I will get some fish and veg.
No clue on totals...gotta readjust MFP to inclide the unintended cookie and whatever I end up having for dinner.
Exercise
Oh man, this is just a bad day, all around. I am trying to convince this cute little 3 year old to go for a walk but she's not having it. If I can't get her out, I am stuck with basically nothing today. I'm considering bribery, next... ;-)
Everyone's "Before" and "Now" pictures are so inspiring! From the vets to the newbies! Thanks y'all so much for posting!

Rock on for the 3 months of pre-op dieting, Felicity Q! There is a difference, but I'm really excited about your haircut! When I lose enough, I'm looking to go short, and my friend, you are absolutely owning that hair-do!
Style,
