What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Welcome to photo Friday everybody! So, since Laura in TX posted her awesomeness I would like to make a photo Friday request: post your before and current. I'm not saying "after", because that implies an end to this and I don't think that's quite right. I don't care if you're not at your goal weight; celebrate how far you've come!
You guys have seen these before, but so what. I'm celebrating my accomplishments, dammit. I, at least for today, will not beat myself up but will instead reflect on how far I've come. Pic one is me doing my best land mass impression at my nephew's graduation party in 2013. Pic two is last week. Please note my love for black clothing remains intact. LOL
Time since surgery: 14 months
B: coffee and something from our department's "Farmer's Market Summer Cookoff". LOL Our regular food day was replaced with this and we all had to make something that included at least one fre****em purchased from a farm stand. I made zucchini quiche bites.
S: Pistachio Thinaddictives and a Laughing Cow wedge
L: Buffalo chicken salad on rosemary 34 degree crackers and pepper jack cheese cubes
D: Still need to shop, so this is an unknown
I'm not even going to bother with totals because half of my menu is a question mark. LOL

Well I tried to post a selfie but it didn't work out. One of these days I will have one of my kids do this for me, I'm sure they can handle it. I remember when I was the one who understood technology, now I'm becoming a dinosaur.

B: Breakfast burrito (carb conscious tortilla, one egg, one Kraft cheese slice and a bit of ketchup)
S: Coffee with cream and Nature Valley Protein Bar
L: Pizza from Ian's (yes, off plan but sooo good - I eat the toppings first)
S: Iced coffee with cream and cheese curds
D: Beef roast tacos!
W/V: Started
E: 1 hr bike ride, 30 min run
Totals: Calories 1260, Protein 78, Carbs 73, Fat 80

Wowzers! You look fantastic... and your arms... I LOVE YOUR ARMS! LOL... mine are still flabby fat and will never look as good as yours without major surgical intervention!
But, can I say, also, you were still quite a beauty when you carried the extra weight! Now, you are the hot tamale... IRON LADY!!!!
