Hi everyone -- this showed up in my weekly BookBub email today and is currently free on Amazon. I haven't read it yet, but it looks like an interesting look into why fad diets fail. I'm looking forward to reading it.

Also FUR Kids- you inspired me with my bicycle racing for diabetes. I just registered for my FIRST half marathon. I can run/jog 9-12 now, so i should be able to do 13.1 by november right?
You got out of your comfort zone so I am going to get out of mine.

That's awesome; congrats! I think you'll definitely make it -- I had only biked 20 miles when I signed up for a 30-mile course.
