What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning! You guys, I have a confession: I suck at taking my vitamins. There. I said it. I'm good at my multi because I take that when I'm prepping breakfast (and it's a chewable), but the rest of the day is kind of touch and go. All the spacing of the iron and calcium is a pain in the ass and I tend to forget. I know I'm whining a little, but my goal for today is to take all 15 of my vitamins. Baby steps, right? There has got to be an easier way.

I have family in North Central PA... only 3 hrs from Syracuse. I might have to take some time up there to visit and then come watch you do the Iron Man!!! Don't worry, AV, I won't need a place to stay! But, we could go to the race together and you could give me some honey and I could give you some soy candles!
And, we can cheer our Iron Lady on to victory!!!!
